Terms of Service

Last updated 21 June 2026

Please read this: Expora helps you organize and share health data you already have. It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Expora about your use of the Expora app. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What Expora does

Expora reads health and fitness data from Apple Health on your device and turns the parts you select into a PDF report. That is the service. We may add or change features over time, and we will try to keep the app working well, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Not medical advice

Expora is an organizing and sharing tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and nothing it produces should be read as medical advice. The accuracy of a report depends on the data in Apple Health, which comes from your devices and other sources. Decisions about your health should be made with a licensed clinician, not based on the app alone. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services right away.

Your responsibilities

Your data

Your health data stays on your device. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Expora app, its name, and its design belong to us. These terms do not give you ownership of the app, only a personal, limited right to use it on devices you own or control.

Payment

If the app or any feature is offered as a paid purchase or subscription, the price and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase and handled by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Expora is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from any report it produces, including decisions made in reliance on that data. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Expora at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
